My Go-to Night Time Moisturiser
Getting to the grand age of 22, it's about time I started thinking about anti ageing. Now I'm not talking about Botox, stupid facials and paying the odds for some serum that claims to give you a new face, I'm simply talking about putting a few steps into place to start the anti ageing process, and my first step is an evening moisturiser.
I picked up the Clarins Multi Active Night Youth Recovery Cream after reading its description online, it's described as 8 hours sleep in a jar, helps retain radiance and improves skin elasticity as well as being tailored to your skin type. I picked up the normal to dry cream so as well as promising all those skin benefits, it also improves skin dehydration.
How do I rate this? Well with every Clarins product I've tried so far I'm really impressed. As for the anti ageing effect I can't say it's really made a difference, we'll see when I'm 40 but it's a great place to start. I've found the cream really balances out any dehydration and it really packs it's punch during my sleep so the next morning I wake up to smooth, supple skin that feels plumper and well hydrated. The cream is thick in consistency and I find I only need about a 50p size amount to cover my face and neck and although it's thick, it sinks into the skin completely within minutes.
If you're like me and want to combat the first signs of ageing as well as adding some hydration on an evening, pick up this gem from Clarins and you won't be disappointed.
